I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's handling of my reservations left me frustrated, especially concerning the check-in process for my guests. Although the location offers proximity to various attractions and the water park is a fun touch for families, the overall service was subpar which significantly marred our stay. I expected more given the price we paid.

We had a wonderful family Christmas tradition at this resort! The staff were genuinely kind and made us feel special, especially Shawn who recognized us from previous visits. The water park was a hit with the kids, and the dining options at the Baxter Bar and Grill were enjoyable. However, the suite we stayed in had a few drawbacks such as a strange smell and the configuration of the bathrooms. Overall, it was a great place for a festive family gathering, but a few improvements could be made.
